Tiny and Small Kit Homes (with links)

Below please find links to some kit homes I’ve been researching. Please note that I have not included prices in the description, only links, because prices change from time to time.

Kit homes are an excellent way to fast-track your tiny or small home building experience. Less expensive than prefab, yet faster and easier to assemble because the plans, lumber, roofing and windows have all been pre-cut and are ready for fast assembly.

With all of these options, the foundation is the biggest issue. Choosing a foundation depends on your location and your county’s building codes. For example, in some areas, these homes may be installed on a slab or on blocks, whereas in other areas a complete, dug foundation may be required. We recommend you do your homework in choosing a foundation before you make your purchase/build decision on a small home.
